Comfort Fit Headbands — Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Comfort Fit Headbands, you agree to the policies outlined below. All headbands are handmade in small batches, and slight variations in colour, stitching, or fit are part of their natural character.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in CAD. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Orders are not considered complete until payment is received.

Shipping
Orders ship from Ontario, Canada. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns
We offer a 14‑day, no‑questions‑asked return policy. If your headband isn’t right for you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be clean, in like‑new condition, and free of makeup, perfume, or hair product residue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different colour, you’re welcome to return your item and place a new order.

Product Care
Comfort Fit Headbands are designed for gentle, everyday wear. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or alterations.

Privacy
Customer information is used only to process orders and will never be shared or sold.
