Returns and refunds

Returns If your headband isn’t right for you, you may
return it within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked.

To qualify for a return, the headband must be clean, in like‑new condition,
and free of makeup, perfume, or hair product residue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your
original payment method.

If you’d like a different colour, you’re welcome to return your item and
place a new order.
