Comfort Fit Headbands - FAQ
Will this headband slip?
Comfort Fit Headbands are designed for fine, mature, and silky hair. The inner structure and fabric choice help the headband stay in place without gripping or pulling. Most customers find it stays all day comfortably.
Will it hurt behind my ears?
No. Comfort Fit Headbands are built with a flexible, pressure-free design that avoids the common pain points behind the ears. If you've struggled with headbands in the past, this one was made specifically for you.
Is it good for fine or mature hair?
Yes. The headband was created for women with fine, delicate, or mature hair that slips out of traditional headbands. The fabric and structure work together to stay put gently without damaging your hair.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time is 2 - 3 business days. Delivery time varies by location. Canadian orders ship via Canada Post, and U.S. orders ship via Canada Post/USPS. Tracked shipping is available at checkout.
Do you charge tax?
Comfort Fit Headbands is a small Canadian studio. Under Canadian tax rules, businesses under $30,000 in annual sales are not required to charge HST. Because of this, no tax will be added to your order at checkout.
Can I return my headband?
Yes. If your headband isn't right for you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery - no questions asked. The headband must be clean and in like-new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
Can I exchange for a different colour?
You're welcome to return your headband and place a new order for the colour you prefer.
How is my headband packaged?
Each headband is presented in a boutique gift box with tissue and ribbon, and packaged carefully for transit.
How do I care for my headband?
Spot clean gently with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking, machine washing, or using harsh cleaners to preserve the fabric and structure.
Are all headbands the same?
Comfort Fit Headbands are handmade in small batches, so slight variations may occur. These small differences are part of the charm of handcrafted work and make each piece unique.
